Meet the Team We are a licensed, LGBTQ+ owned and operated small business with over 20 years of photography experience. You are free to be your authentic self with us and will always be respected in our care. I am a licensed photographer and part of the LGBTQ+ community. I prioritize safety and comfort for all who dwell within our space. Feel free to be yourself with us. I fell in love with the art of photography over 20 years ago. I revel in the details that make a photo; the slightest movement of the body, the development of expression, the subtle shifts in lighting. Realtors can pay upon photo delivery for their first booking with us so that you can book with confidence! ​ ​ Photos Fully Edited All images are edited to provide you with high quality results. Both photography packages come with sky enhancements and one dusk photo. The full photography packages comes with HDR merging techniques to showcase the best lighting in your home, window-pulls to show off the views from your windows, and other techniques to help buyers visualize their new home. À La Cart e Options We can take care of any additional editing requests for your package photos or you own listing photos that you'd like us to edit. We can offer additional dusk edits or perform more advanced editing such as repairing patchy grass and removing unwanted objects. ​ Packages Full Package $200 8 exterior photos (includes 1 dusk photo) ~20 interior photos ​ Final photo count may vary based on factors such as home size and layout. ​ Exterior Package $65 8 exterior photos (includes 1 dusk photo) ​ ​ ​ ​ À La Carte Editing $10 per basic edit $15 per dusk edit $100 object removal ​ Editing requests can be for additional edits in our packages or your own photos that need adjusting. ​ ​ Full Package This package comes with 8 exterior photos (4 each of the front and back of the property) and approximately 20 interior photos depending on the size and layout of the home. The front-center image will be provided as a standard and dusk edit while all others will be standard edits. Standard edits include basic adjustments plus windows pulls and other modern techniques. Any desired object removal must be purchased separately. ​ Exterior Package This package comes with 8 exterior photos (4 each of the front and back of the property).
