Community Support
As many of you know, standing up for and helping others has always been a core part of who I am and a consistent part of my life. I now dedicate my photography entirely to supporting our community rather than operating as a for-profit business. My ongoing volunteer work in the community continues as before, which means I only take on a limited number of additional projects.
Professional and commercial clients are still welcome to reach out for project-based work under the same community support model.
How This Works
Our planning and booking process remains the same, with the primary difference being that I take on fewer projects and payment is made directly to a charitable cause. Donation amounts are set based on the scope of the session, informed by nearly 20 years of photography experience. This ensures that my limited volunteer time results in tangible support for our neighbors.
Local fundraisers listed here are personally vetted through direct or trusted community connections, and donations are made directly through each family’s fundraising page for transparency.
Causes
This is an independent, personal initiative by Raquel Olague and is not officially sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the organizations listed below. Because you are receiving a photo shoot as a personal favor in exchange for your donation, the "fair market value" of the session is generally considered not tax-deductible. Please consult a tax professional for details.

We'll discuss your session to determine our interest in the project and set a donation price in order to move forward.
2. donation
Pick a cause that is closest to your heart from our list of charitable organizations and local fundraisers.
3. session time
We'll schedule and complete your session as soon as time allows within our personal calendar.

You'll receive a proofing gallery to review and select your final picks, which will then be edited and delivered.
